    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as the production process begins.

    We understand the importance of a perfect fit. If your item doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange or alteration within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details on the process. Note that altered or customized items are not eligible for exchange.
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected. Air dry in the shade to preserve fabric and color. Iron on a low setting if necessary. These steps ensure that your handmade pieces remain as beautiful as the day you received them.
